1. Darwins theory of Evolution was so revolutionary because at the time, people believed so strongly in the Bible and creation that anything else was believed to be false and crazy sounding.
2.Darwin was a genious back in his day yes, but I don't think he is one of the most important people in history. He thought up a whole new way of thinking about the animal world and he broke the standards of the way people thought. Weather he was right or wrong, I don't know if it will ever be proved. He was a very influential person, but there are people who made a bigger difference than him.
